Ian M. Ross is an Associate in the Litigation practice group of Greenberg Traurig's Miami office. Ian represents corporations, directors, and officers, as well as professional service and accounting firms in commercial and securities litigation, professional liability actions, and government investigations. Recent representative cases include federal securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, and state law class actions, as well as representation of clients in connection with investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ian is also active in pro bono matters, and has successfully represented refugees seeking political asylum in removal proceedings in immigration court.
