| Biography | Former partner for several decades of Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. Professor of Federal Fiscal Law, Local Tax Law in the Universidad Panamericana (1981 till date). He has published more than 100 articles in national and international publications, in matters relating to Tax Law and Administrative Law. Member of the Academia de Estudios Fiscales de la Contaduría Pública and the Academia Fiscal del Estado de México (both Academies are limited in numbers). Activities in the Law Firm: He specializes in Tax Law, both Federal and Local, Antitrust Law and Administrative Law in general, with a vast litigating experience in these matters as well in Constitutional Litigation. |
