The Law Firm was established in 1996 by Diliana Ilieva. Ever since, the Law Firm has specialized in corporate and commercial law. Rossitsa Voutcheva joined the practice in 2003. For the last five years the firm undertook serious change and growth. New clients, both Bulgarian and foreign, include some of the leading businesses and financial institutions, as well as private individuals were attracted.

Presently the firm comprises 2 partners and 6 associates, assisted by a competent administrative and support staff.
