Inez McGowan concentrates her practice in general litigation and dispute resolution. Ms. McGowan counsels clients in the following areas:

During law school, Ms. McGowan completed internships at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and with the U.S. Department of Justice at the Philadelphia Immigration Court.
Representative Matters
· Secured jury verdict acquitting client of obstruction of justice charge in federal court.
· Successfully represented an international medical device design and manufacturing company prosecuting violations of non-compete and non-solicit agreements and theft of trade secrets and confidential information in state and federal courts throughout the country.
· Successfully resolved a multi-million dollar software dispute for a minimal amount following years of litigation.
· Representation of a Fortune 500 business software and IT services company against contract and business tort claims.
· Performed extensive internal investigation for a national food company in connection with alleged U.S. Department of Agriculture violations.
· Through litigation and then a settlement involving a real estate closing, secured exclusive property ownership for an individual client.
Community Service & Affiliations
Ms. McGowan serves as Class Co-Chair for the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Ms. McGowan was named to the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania Pro Bono Roll of Honor in 2010 and 2011 in recognition of her representation of indigent clients.
