International Law Affiliates (ILA) and Pasrich & Company is a predominantly corporate and commercial practice. The firm was established in 1998 by two partners from Delhi and Mumbai sharing purposive yet conservative approaches (from a common international trade tutor at Oxford) prioritizing traditional practice values coupled with use of technology for efficiency. In 2005 the firm moved into purpose-built premises in the centre of New Delhi. The litigation practice of the firm comes under the name "Pasrich & Company" and covers representation across more than a dozen Indian cities headed by an advocate with multi-jurisdictional experience. Since 1998 the firm's lawyers have advised and represented several foreign governments and international bodies. The firm has handled corporate and commercial advisory work for Fortune500 multi-national clients in advisory and negotiating roles involving foreign investment and infrastructure projects, joint ventures, capital market transactions, setting up subsidiaries in India, competition law, mergers and acquisitions, property, outsourcing, government procurement (including defence contracts) etc.
