Ira A. Rosenberg is Co-Chair of the Firm's Corporate Practice Group and Chair of its Life Sciences Practice Group. He has been one of New Jersey's most prominent corporate banking and finance attorneys for the past 25 years. Mr. Rosenberg's experience includes complex secured lending and syndication transactions and regulatory matters on behalf of the region's largest creditor clients. He also has extensive experience and expertise relating to loan modification and workout matters and bankruptcy proceedings on behalf of such creditor clients, including special industry experience in the real estate, retail, casino, hospitals and nursing homes, publishing, life sciences and technology areas. Mr. Rosenberg also has significant experience representing pharmaceutical and life sciences clients relating to corporate spinoffs, corporate collaborations, product and technology licensing, development and distribution arrangements, and strategic alliances.
