· Program counsel to the Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust with respect to the development and financing of its wastewater facilities and safe drinking water facilities financing programs.
· Bond counsel to the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency and the Business Finance Authority of New Hampshire for numerous educational, healthcare and cultural institutions.
· Bond counsel on general obligation bond financings by The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Maine, including each state's first "build America bond" issue.
· Bond counsel to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation in connection with issuance of senior and subordinate variable rate refunding bonds involving multiple banks providing credit and liquidity support.
· Underwriters' Counsel in connection with financings by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority and Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.
· Bond Counsel to the South Shore Tri-Town Development Corporation in connection with the financing of the redevelopment of a former Naval air base, the first land-secured assessment bond issue in Massachusetts.
· Bond Counsel to the Vermont Public Power Supply Authority with respect to the financing of the construction of an electric generating facility.
· Counsel to the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency and the Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority with respect to the securitization of transition costs resulting from the deregulation of the electric industry in Massachusetts.
