Advises major companies investing in Bulgaria and major Bulgarian and foreign institutions and companies already established in Bulgaria. Has advised Advent International, US for the biggest sale in Bulgaria - BTC privatization procedure worth more than 2 bln. euro. Has been advising KG Maritime Shipping with respect to the privatization of Bulgarian Maritime Fleet, one of the most notable deals in Bulgaria for 2007-2008, and was representing Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide regarding the concession for running the airports of the coastal cities Bourgas and Varna.
