She is named for her successful representation of numerous clients on various licensing procedures, private placements, public listings/de-listings, and tender offers. Ms. Bliznakova has been the team leader for almost all licensing procedures completed by TM Law Office, among which are the following: Tradeville EAD Investment Intermediary, Ulpina REIT, ROI Property Fund REIT, DIT Property REIT, Lev Invest REIT, Overon Finance Managing Company, etc. In 2007 she has been the team leader for the implementation of Market in Financial Instruments Directive's requirements in the documents and operations of more than 10 investment intermediaries. Ms. Bliznakova has successfully completed many tender offers and de-listings among which is the de-listing of Sofia Airport Center AD - the largest project of Tishman International in Bulgaria. Recently, Ms. Bliznakova has participated in the legal due diligence analysis and has advised RWE Power A.G. on the licensing issues with respect to the Belene Power Plant project. Ms. Bliznakova has also provided legal services to all companies belonging to the BenchMark Group (leading non-banking financial institution in Bulgaria) and a number of investment firms, real estate investments trusts, mutual funds. Before that she has worked at international law firm Hayhurst Robinson (now merged in CMS McKenna in Bulgaria) where she was part of the legal team advising OTP Bank (Hungary) on its acquisition of DSK Bank (the largest Bulgarian savings bank).
