Aron has counseled clients from Internet start-ups to multi-billion-dollar entities on copyright, trademark and patent issues. His practice has a heavy litigation component, where he has litigated trademark, copyright and patent cases for clients with diverse products such as noise-canceling headphones, designs for tequila bottles and plush toys.
In the international arena, Aron has prosecuted foreign applications for U.S. companies, enforced foreign copyrights against domestic corporations and helped protect entities against gray-market imports into the United States.
While an undergraduate student at the University of Illinois, Aron worked in the Computer Integrated Manufacturing Laboratory, where he was in charge of the Brown & Sharpe coordinate measuring machine component of an automated computer assembly line used for research.
