Doug is of counsel in the firm's Norfolk office where he offers clients assistance in overall business management with a focus on tax planning including estate tax planning, income tax and business tax planning. His areas of expertise include: federal income and estate tax planning for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals, including participation in corporate acquisitions and restructuring, real estate syndications, tax-exempt financing and charitable trust planning.
