Representation of real estate developer in multi-party action with lender, FDIC and contractor in federal court in South Carolina.
Telecom contract dispute involving $250 million assets litigated in Georgia court and in mediation and in arbitration in Washington, DC, resulting in a successful trust arrangement settlement of all claims.
Enforcement of rights and remedies in disputes involving alleged fraud, misrepresentation and breach in major commercial matters and real estate matters.
Defense of officers and directors in shareholder disputes alleging breach of fiduciary duties and corporate governance.
Defense of issuers of securities in disputes involving alleged fraud and misrepresentation under federal and state laws.
Enforcement of franchiser's rights and remedies under franchise agreements, including quality standards, intangible property rights and Lanham Act violations.
Complex litigation involving class actions, expert witnesses, multiparty and multiclaim actions at both trial and appellate levels.
