Lindsay is a partner in the Orlando office and practices in the firm's Real Estate and Corporate Law practice groups and serves on the firm's Business Section Leaders' Committee, Finance Committee, Business Intake and Review Committee, Strategic Growth Committee, Opinions Committee and Political Contributions Committee.
Throughout his legal career, Lindsay's practice concentration has been in representing owners and developers of commercial real estate, including all aspects of matters related to multifamily complexes, shopping centers, office buildings, including significant experience with commercial leasing, large multi-use projects and the like. He has been involved with transactions all over the United States.
Lindsay is listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Real Estate Law, and one of Orlando's Best Lawyers in Real Estate. Lindsay is also AV rate by Martindale Hubbell
Lindsay is very active in the Central Florida community, including serving as a past member and chairman of the Winter Park Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees and the Winter Park Health Foundation Board of Trustees. He has been the president of the Orange County Bar Association and has also been on the board and held leadership positions in many other civic and cultural organizations in Central Florida, including being president for both The University Club of Orlando and the Interlachen Country Club. Additionally, he has been very active with his alma mater, including serving as president of the Vanderbilt Law School Alumni Board and the Vanderbilt University Alumni Association Board of Directors and serving as a member of the Vanderbilt University Board of Trust.
Lindsay received his B.E. and J.D. from Vanderbilt University, where he was a member of the Vanderbilt Tennis Team, president of the VUCEPT Program (freshmen orientation), member of the Student Senate for four (4) years as an undergraduate and the president of the Law School's Honor Council. After undergraduate school, he served two (2) years in the U.S. Navy as an officer aboard the USS America (CVA-65).
