Experience
Mason has extensive experience in complex litigation, construction litigation and contracts and land use/local government matters, handling construction, commercial and inverse condemnation litigation, as well as environmental, land use and development matters. He has been a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator since 1992 and a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial and Construction Arbitration Panel since 2001. His primary concentration is construction litigation and contracts, representing major owners, contractors, design professionals and subcontractors.
