Michael represents business clients and lenders in state and federal courts in matters involving business and commercial litigation, foreclosures, bankruptcy, construction and lien law, real estate disputes and public water supply district law. He has considerable experience with UCC sales, replevins, attachments, receiverships and negotiating and drafting forbearance agreements.
Before joining the firm, he was law clerk to The Hon. Kerry L. Montgomery, chief judge, Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District.
