Mike has spoken at continuing education seminars sponsored by Lorman Education Services, Sterling Education Services and certain insurers on a variety of topics, including maritime law, construction litigation , employment claims, mediation and arbitration, trial strategies and ethics. He also conducts loss control and claims investigation seminars for a variety of firm clients. Mike currently serves as the Past President of the Bay Area Propeller Club. Mike is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Louisiana (admitted 1990) and Florida (admitted 1993), and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He also is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Escambia/Santa Rosa County Bar Association.
