Professional Experience
Roger Hanlon practices commercial real estate law, including representation of utility companies, troubled debt restructuring, equity sales and purchases, planning and zoning, leasing, and common-interest community law. He has particular interest and experience in resolving complex real estate problems, such as developing the structure for multisource financing requiring local, state, and federal loan and insurance assistance in a manner consistent with federal tax credit requirements; advice concerning local zoning, federal preemption, and related issues for a proposal to store spent nuclear fuel; and use of bargain sales to charitable entities to enhance prices paid by for-profit buyers to sellers of problem properties.
