Mr. Finlay is a member of the firm's Commercial Transactions and Real Estate practice groups. He has represented a number of privately held concerns, providing advice on entity selection and structuring commercial transactions. Mr. Finlay has represented buyers, sellers, developers and lenders in structuring and closing both real estate transactions and the sale of business assets and stocks.
