| Biography | Mr. Hunter's practice is focused on two principle areas. CAPITAL MARKETING TRANSACTIONS: securities law involving representation of issuers of equity, debt, and derivative securities; mergers and acquisitions involving representation of small and mid-cap business on both buy-side and sell-side; complex financing transactions including funding of professional sports teams and public sports arenas. START-UP COMPANIES AND ENTREPRENEURS: business planning; securities compliance in connection with fund raising; planning and negotiation involving licensing, production and supply arrangements, and other transactions; franchising, direct marketing, and other third-party distribution arrangements. Mr. Hunter is a CM&AA member of the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors, a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies, and has achieved the highest rating for legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell. Currently, he serves as chair of Clyde Snow's Business & Transactions Practice Group. |
