| Biography | Wilson is a Partner in the firm's Labor and Employment Group with over 20 years experience in labor law and employment litigation.
Wilson practice focuses on representing management in traditional labor law matters, including representation campaigns, NLRB hearings and labor arbitration. His experience also includes employment litigation in dealing with arbitration and meditations as well as OSHA/workplace safety and wage and hour law. His clients range from a variety of industries including: banking, construction, transportation, hospitality, food, and health care.
Wilson spends time advising his clients by offering management counseling and training on a number of issues. He is also a frequent author on employment matters and regularly speaks at management labor law associations and employer labor law seminars.
