About this office:
Monterrey-based J.A. Treviño Abogados opened its Houston office in 2010. JATA's Houston office is lead by Jaime A. Treviño, partner and head of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Financing and Corporate practices of the firm.
The office focuses in assisting the firm's international clients in their Mexican legal needs, in day-to-day coordination with JATA's main office in Monterrey. Also through our Houston office, J.A. Treviño Abogados will continue working in establishing a closer approach with leading U.S. law firms in their transactions involving Mexican issues, as well as in JATA's Mexican clients' cross-border ventures.
