Jack represents and counsels clients in a wide range of energy related contexts, including both regulatory and transactional issues. Jack's work has included extensive involvement in state rate-making proceedings, resource certification applications and construction cost monitoring proceedings. Jack has served as co-counsel in fuel cost recovery proceedings. Jack has also worked with numerous clients in connection with the drafting and negotiation of power purchase agreements for a variety of generation resources. Jack's transactional work has included experience with EPC agreements and ISDA and EEI master agreements and related credit issues. Jack has also been actively involved in RFP processes and the related negotiations. Jack also has substantial experience in the state administrative appeal process. Finally, Jack has also assisted clients in various NRC investigations and counseled clients regarding NRC regulations.
