Jack is the Chair of the firm's Construction Law section. He is a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on Construction Industry, the Litigation Section and the Construction Litigation Committee. Jack also belongs to the Alabama State Bar, the Georgia State Bar, American Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Associated General Contractors of America and Associated Builders and Contractors of America. He is admitted to practice before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Jack is also a Construction Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.

Jack currently serves on the Associated General Contractors of America Contract Documents Committee.
Jack received his B.S. in Building Construction from University of Florida's M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction. He earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
