Experience Jack concentrates his practice in corporate, securities and business related matters. His practice includes the representation of both privately and publicly held businesses in many areas, including the formation and governance of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other business entities, as well as the negotiation and drafting of a broad range of commercial contracts relating to mergers, acquisitions, franchising, licensing, bank and other commercial financings, and employment, management and consulting agreements. Jack also has extensive experience in federal and state securities regulation, and has assisted numerous clients in raising capital through private placements and public offerings. Background Jack was born in Miami, Florida, and was raised in North Palm Beach. Jack attended Florida State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1984. After graduation, Jack worked as an accountant for the Orlando office of Arthur Andersen & Co. prior to returning to law school. While attending the Florida State University College of Law, Jack worked as a law clerk for GrayRobinson and joined the firm as an attorney after obtaining his Juris Doctor degree in 1988.
