| Biography | Jack Wagoner is the founder of the Wagoner Law Firm, in Little Rock. Jack has the highest ethical and legal ability rating in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory. The "AV" rating signifies that Jack is considered a "very good" to "pre-eminent" lawyer with the highest ethical standards. Martindale-Hubbell peer review ratings are derived through anonymous polling of Arkansas lawyers and judges familiar with Jack and his practice. Jack for ten consecutive years, has been listed in the peer review publication "Best Lawyers in America" (Bestlawyers.com). He has also been listed for each of the last ten years as one of the Best Lawyers in Arkansas by the Arkansas Times news magazine. He has been the featured speaker on numerous occasions at continuing education seminars conducted by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers' Association and the Arkansas Bar Association. Jack has taught as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Little Rock School of Law, teaching family law to second and third year law students. He has recovered approximately forty million dollars in verdicts and settlements for clients in a variety of cases including business litigation, products liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and nursing home neglect and abuse. Jack is the namesake of the Jack Wagoner Scholarship fund, which provides an academic scholarship each year to a worthy student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law. He is 48 years old and a lifelong resident of Little Rock. He and his wife Joyce live in Little Rock with their two 7 year-old twin daughters, Erin and Kylie.
