Jackson & Hertogs LLP serves corporations worldwide on all matters relating to immigration, naturalization, and global relocation. Established in 1950, we currently have eight attorneys and 25 legal assistants and office management personnel to assist our clients with immigration matters. Our clients include large multinational companies, start-up ventures, local businesses and individuals. We limit our practice to immigration and nationality law, specializing in corporate immigration. We utilize state-of-the-art technology in processing visa applications and labor certifications to provide updated case status information. Our corporate clients are "web-enabled" so that HR personnel and corporate employees can know the status of their cases in real time. Our attorneys are active in the national immigration bar, and frequently speak at national immigration law conferences.
