Prior to joining Farris in 2009, Jaclyn conducted her summer articles with the Department of Justice in the Public Prosecution Service of Canada and her final term of law school at L'Institut d'études politiques (Sciences Po) in Paris, France. After completing her articles at Farris, Jaclyn became an Associate in 2010.
Jaclyn is a member of both the litigation and labour groups at Farris. She has appeared in matters before the BC Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal and has also assisted senior counsel in matters before the Labour Relations Board, the Workers Compensation tribunals, and boards of arbitration.
