Jaclyn represents purchasers and sellers in traditional real estate transactions. Additional real estate experience includes working with government agencies to secure development incentives, including the formation of Community Improvement Districts and obtaining land use approvals such as zoning, platting and permitting. Her construction experience includes drafting and reviewing all types of construction contracts from the perspective of the owner, design professional, general contractor, subcontractor and supplier; preparing, enforcing and defending mechanic's liens and bond claims and representing clients in resolving affirmative action/contractor utilization issues, along with bid protest disputes.
