Jaci Shanks focuses her practice on domestic and international trademark counseling, portfolio management, and enforcement matters, as well as trademark and copyright litigation. She helps clients assess the availability of trademarks for use and registration, develop and implement complex trademark protection strategies, and monitor and enforce trademark rights.
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Shanks gained experience in both the Atlanta Office of the Public Defender and the Decatur Legal Aid Society.
