Jacqueline is member of the Firm's Business Law Department. She represents public and private companies and private equity funds in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings, SEC reporting compliance and general corporate governance matters.
Jacqueline has experience serving as counsel to clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, biotechnology and telecommunications.
Before Edwards Wildman
Before attending law school, Jacqueline completed a year of service in the AmeriCorps VISTA program and acted as Project Manager of the Literacy Coaching Initiative of the Boston Public Schools. Throughout law school, Jacqueline worked in the legal department of the Office of the State Treasurer on abandoned property and State Retirement Board matters. Jacqueline also served as Executive Literary Editor of the New England Law Review and was named Editor of the Year for 2009. Prior to joining the Firm, Jacqueline volunteered with the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association, assisting landlords and tenants in Boston Housing Court.
Besides Edwards Wildman
Jacqueline is the coordinator for the Town of Holbrook's charity holiday program, Holbrook Santa, which provides holiday gift assistance to needy families in her hometown. Jacqueline is co-chair of the New Lawyer's Committee of the Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts.
