| Biography | Jacques Tétrault is counsel in our Tax Group in Montréal. His practice includes general corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and taxation. Mr. Tétrault was called to the Québec bar in 1953. He has lectured on tax law at the McGill University Law Faculty. He is a director of several Canadian corporations. (Retired)
