Jaime Theriot is a partner in Troutman Sanders' Complex Litigation Practice Group. Jaime represents corporate and individual clients in civil litigation, including class actions, in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels. Jaime's practice includes a variety of litigation matters involving ERISA, securities, shareholder derivative claims, insurance, business torts and contract disputes, professional liability, civil RICO, and the False Claims Act. She also represents governmental entities in civil rights litigation involving constitutional claims and election matters.
