Professional Experience
Jim McGraw's commercial real estate practice involves equity investments on behalf of institutional real estate investors, including REITs, pension funds, and life insurance companies. Jim has substantial experience in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate throughout the United States and abroad. He has represented pension fund and other real estate investment advisors in joint ventures with regional and national real estate development companies. Jim has also represented clients in connection with commercial real estate development projects, including site acquisition, financing, and leasing.

· Development joint venture of an office complex in Reston, VA
· Site acquisition and development of a luxury apartment project in Cambridge, MA
· Leasing of a build-to-suit facility in Cambridge, MA on behalf of a high-tech tenant
· Divestiture of fossil, hydro and nuclear electric-generating plants
· Financing of windpower projects in California, Minnesota, and Texas
