Jim concentrates his practice in real estate transactions and land use. He has extensive experience representing individuals, privately and publicly held companies in the buying, selling, leasing, financing and development of real property. Jim also represents title insurance companies in commercial purchases and refinance transactions and landlords in landlord/tenant matters.
Jim frequently lectures on real estate topics, including residential and commercial leasing, transactions and land use and is a Delaware Real Estate Commission Approved Instructor.
