"J.J." Johnson has represented employers on ADA, defamation claims, sexual harassment, hiring and firing, drug and alcohol policies. He also counsels on garnishments, levies, subpoenas, asset recovery of secured property and related business matters.

· Represented local fraternity and two of its members in multi-million dollar fraternity hazing case that resulted in favorable out-of-court settlement
· Appointed by Tennessee Supreme Court to Electronic Filing Task Force

Mr. Johnson was appointed to the board of directors of the Middle Tennessee Child Advocacy Services Association. He is also a member of the University of Tennessee Alumni Association for Davidson County, Tennessee.
