Experience
James Moran was one of the original lawyers certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the New Jersey Supreme Court's Board of Trial Attorneys. He has extensive experience in the defense of negligence actions, focusing primarily on large medical malpractice cases, products liability cases, insurance coverage matters and toxic tort legislation. He was involved in the Jackson Township case. He represents several public entities for general liability and police professional liability. He represents one of the major electrical utilities in New Jersey for all types of liability.
