James C. Clark is an associate in the Firm's Philadelphia office and a member of the Litigation Services Department. Mr. Clark's practice focuses on general commercial litigation. Prior to joining Schnader, he worked for Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York.

· A global bank in connection with regulatory investigations and a multi-billion dollar federal lawsuit arising from the fraud of Bernard Madoff.
· Major investment banks in federal class action lawsuits alleging violations of Section 11 of the Securities Act of 1933 and Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
· An entertainment technology company in a federal lawsuit and SEC investigation involving alleged accounting fraud relating to revenue recognition.
· A regional bank in a federal trademark lawsuit seeking a declaratory judgment that its name and mark does not infringe any trademarks of the defendant.
· A sovereign wealth fund in an internal investigation into allegations of corrupt payments by an employee.
· A Korean trading corporation in state court as defendant in a contract interpretation matter.
· Pro bono representation to various individuals and groups, including widows of NYC firefighters killed during the attacks on the World Trade Center, a client diagnosed as learning disabled in connection with an Impartial Hearing against the New York City Department of Education, the Council of the City of New York in connection with sustaining a local law, and an organization seeking tax exempt status.
