James C. Hamilton

Mr. Hamilton has extensive experience representing both large and small companies, and was for many years general counsel to a major publicly-held high-tech company. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the American Bar Association. In addition to being admitted to practice before all Massachusetts Courts, he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
