He has represented clients in patent, trademark and Lanham Act litigation, in federal courts across the country as well as in arbitration and mediation before the American Arbitration Association and the World Intellectual Property Organization. He has served as lead and co-counsel in patent infringement cases involving a diverse range of technologies, including computers, consumer products, electronics, manufacturing machinery, medical devices, and materials testing equipment. As a licensed pilot, he represents businesses in general and business aviation matters, and volunteers for the Angel Flight network, which provides charitable air transportation for medical care. |
