Professional Experience Jamie Hennessey represents a broad range of businesses practicing in the areas of complex torts and commercial disputes. He has represented and advised clients in state and federal courts in Connecticut and New York in a wide variety of actions, including products liability, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and antitrust matters. He also counsels and represents corporations in complex contractual issues and disputes. In addition, Jamie has experience litigating insurance and reinsurance disputes, claims under ERISA, and has represented clients in connection with the prosecution of actions against borrowers, originators of loans, mortgage brokers, and correspondent lenders. He has also been involved in various alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitrations and numerous successful mediations. Jamie has also done extensive pro bono work, including the prosecution of a § 1983 excessive force action in federal court, and serves on the Firm's pro bono committee.
