Jim Roberts' practice is concentrated in the areas of land use and development, municipal law and litigation. He is currently serving as the Act 47 Coordinator, appointed by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, for the cities of Pittsburgh, Johnstown and New Castle and has previously served as Act 47 Coordinator for four other Pennsylvania communities.
