Mr. Ince was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1991, and in 1993, the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas and U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. He received his B.S. in Education in 1982 from the University of Texas at Austin and J.D in 1991 from Baylor University. He is a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Dispute Resolution and a member of the Client Counseling Team and Negotiations Team.
Mr. Ince strives to accomplish the best possible solution to the needs of our clients while minimizing their economic burden. The fact that we are so familiar with the bankruptcy system gives us superior negotiation power over a solo practitioner.
Mr. Ince is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, The Bar Association for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Tarrant County Debtor's Bar, and Collin County Debtor's Bar. He is experienced in Federal, State, and Bankruptcy Litigation.
Mr. Ince is located in the Bedford office where he is Managing Attorney of the Bankruptcy department.
