James J. Caserio's practice involves the acquisition, sale, leasing, development and financing of all types of real estate. He has broad experience representing major retailers, property owners, lenders and developers in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, leases, joint ventures, sophisticated real estate financings, and the redevelopment of retail properties. He has also had wide-ranging involvement in the representation of major retail developers in a number of large retail bankruptcies and in the related acquisition and disposition of large portfolios of retail properties. In addition, he has represented lenders and borrowers in connection with various types of finance transactions in a number of industries, including the shopping center industry and the media and telecommunications industry.
