Mr. Eisenhower chairs the Firm's Government and Regulatory Affairs Practice Group, co-chairs the Government Investigations, Corporate Compliance and Criminal Defense Group, and serves on the Firm's political action committee. He was the 2004 Democratic candidate for attorney general of Pennsylvania. His practice emphasis is on government relations, criminal law, investigative services, ethics and election law and complex civil litigation. His clients have included the housing authorities of several large cities, a number of current and former public officials, and national corporations. Areas Of Experience Private Practice: Mr. Eisenhower's experience in private practice includes the following: · Represented a number of large city public-housing authorities in Inspector General and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development reviews. · Represented a national financial institution in City of Philadelphia and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania regulatory matters. · Represented a number of public officials in ethics-related investigations conducted by federal and state agencies. · Advised numerous clients in federal, state and city campaign finance matters. · Represented a successful applicant before the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. · Represented a nationwide company in a wide-ranging federal criminal investigation. Public Service: Mr. Eisenhower also has unique experience, nationally and internationally. As a White House Fellow, he drafted the Presidential Decision Directive that President Clinton signed allowing the United States to seize assets of the Colombian Cali drug cartel, which served as the foundation to seize Al-Qaeda assets after the attacks of September 11, 2001. Mr. Eisenhower also helped draft the International Crime Control Act, which President Clinton introduced in 1996, and he served as an advisor on issues related to the International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague.
