James J. Halligan practices in the area of litigation. Mr. Halligan is a 2010 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a research and articles editor of The Temple Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law. While at Temple Law, Mr. Halligan served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Halligan is also a graduate, with highest distinction, of the Pennsylvania State University.
Prior to enrolling at the Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Halligan served as an engineer in the United States Army.
