James J. Holman practices in the areas of commercial finance law, international sales and consignment law, bankruptcy and business reorganization.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Uniform Commercial Code Subcommittee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Mr. Holman is a 1989 graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where he served as managing editor of the Villanova Law Review, and a summa cum laude graduate of DeSales University.
