He is the Practice Group Leader of the Media & Entertainment Practice Group and a member of the Antitrust, Business Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Groups. Counsel to Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. in a breach of contract and copyright action against MGM Domestic Television Distribution, Inc. concerning the right to exhibit motion pictures under a license agreement.
