| Biography | A retired partner in the Milwaukee office of Foley & Lardner LLP, James L. Huston concentrated his practice on litigation involving media law, health law, and the law of product distribution. He practiced journalism before attending law school and served for several years as the managing editor of the Waukesha Freeman. He also has served as an adjunct professor of media law at the Marquette University School of Law. Mr. Huston graduated from Loras College with majors in English and philosophy, and received his law degree from the University of Chicago in 1984. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Wisconsin, and before the United States Courts of Appeal for the Seventh Circuit and the Federal Circuit. Mr. Huston is a native of Des Moines, Iowa.
