| Biography | Jim joined the firm in 2011 after working in a large firm's civil litigation department. He continues to focus his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, product liability, and insurance coverage disputes. Jim earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Iowa, where he was a member of the Journal of Corporation Law. Jim is licensed to appear before the state and federal courts of Missouri and Kansas. Formerly employed by Brown & James. |
