James has been involved in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution and regularly appears before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan. The majority of James' clients are individuals seeking a resolution of matrimonial issues. He also assists individuals accused of wrongdoing, both in the context of criminal charges and internal disciplinary proceedings.
